Diciannove Settembre is a return to things
simple and with that authenticity that has nothing special
artifact. The grape harvest takes place in September,
it is manual and strictly selective.
The vinification of Dolcetto grapes takes place in
purity with maceration in steel at temperature
controlled to capture the inimitable aromas of the
country, followed by a period of refinement in barrels
made of oak.
As soon as it is fully ripe, it is placed
bottled in August.
The aroma of the wine obtained is elegant, complex and
persistent, with a broad, winey and well-rounded taste
balanced. Wine with a good body, savory and tasty
important structure.
