Sonetto comes from the vinification of fresh grapes harvested fermented in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned. It is a fine and delicate claret wine. Pleasantly lively, harmonious and balanced in its bouquet. Ideal companion for fish dishes, appetizers and Pizza. It should be drunk young and served chilled at temperature of 10 °C.
