Arrangement of the vineyard:   The Dolcetto grapes come from vineyards exclusively located in Cartosio area.
Average yield per hectare:   The maximum production capacity is 80 q. per hectare.
Harvest:   Manual – September.
Vinification:   It is made in purity with maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by an aging period in oak barrels.
Features:   The scent of Dolcetto Diciannove Settembre is elegant, complex and persistent. The taste is well balanced, sapid and well structured.
It is inspired by the family’s story and deeply linked to the local traditions.

Alcohol:   13,5°.
Grape Varietes:   Barbera.
Features:   Elegant red wine with a vinous and variegated bouquet. It’s well structured, rich of perfumes and flavors, is suitable for the most important food combination.
Obtained by an accurate vinification, it shows an intense ruby colour, turning to red garnet by aging. The scent is the typical of Barbera, due to the strong vine personality, while the taste is dry with a delicate hint of wood.
Food Combinations:   The food combination is very versatile and it well goes with a full meal. Serving temperature: 18-20°, by uncorking the bottle a few hours before. The suggested glass is the Tulipano.
Packaging:   Old Elegant Bordolese Bottle.
     
   

This wine is dedicated to the memory of great grandfather Lorenzo Montaldi nicknamed “Cein”.

“Nonno Cein” was very fond of wines, he considered the cellar as the right place where to meet friends and relatives, always with a healthy and genuine glass of red wine.

It’s distinguished by its intense violet red colour, pleasantly scented, dry and fresh taste.
Due to its moderate alcohol percentage, softness and fragrance, it is suggested as a full meal wine.

Food Combinations:   It well goes with any kind of charcuterie, first courses and white meats.
Serving Temperature: 14°-16° (summer), 16°-18° (winter).
